Telemarketer (part-time) |
We now have an opportunity for a part-time Telemarketer (20 - 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible).
Working as part of a small internal sales department, the position supports field sales activities through outbound telemarketing to existing customer and prospect database. Bilingual is desirable, but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Telemarketing campaigns to existing customer and prospect database to generate potential sales interest
- Pre-qualification of sales inquiries (from exhibitions, e-shots, website etc)
- Arranging appointments and demonstrations for our field sales force
- List building for use in marketing campaigns
- Maintenance and update of Customer Relationship Database (full training provided)
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Bilingual is desirable, but not mandatory
- Good IT skills (databases, MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
