Supervisor settings lock
The ability to lock critical settings in EVO Cam ll ensures vital data is not lost and that settings are not changed. This helps to ensure consistency of inspection and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maximum and minimum magnification settings can be locked to prevent the cost and problems caused by over and under inspection.
Overlays for rapid inspection
User defined overlays can be easily displayed on the EVO Cam ll allowing quick selection from multiple overlays for different subjects. Overlays can be used to; identify areas of special interest, display a pattern to check against, display a reference image across part of the screen. By using overlays inspections can become; quicker, more accurate and more consistent between users.
Calibration tracking with zoom
This functionality enables the system to take measurements at different magnification ranges without the need to calibrate the system for each magnification. The user sets the calibration between min/max zoom ranges allowing measurement throughout the range while maintaining calibration. Min. zoom calibration is also available for most accurate measurements.
Compact in size
The EVO Cam ll takes up very little space on the workbench, where space is at a premium. Monitors can be mounted directly to the EVO Cam ll stand making additional space available on the work surface.
