Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Process.

Vision Engineering Inc. does not accept product returns unless the product is defective and is under warranty, or has been issued on “trial or return” conditions. Please contact us before sending any materials back to us, to check whether your product meets the returns criteria. On acknowledgment that the returns criteria have been meet, you will be issued with a RMA number that must be accompanied with the return.

Any goods received without a Returns Authorization (RMA) number may not be accepted or could suffer delays.

To request your RMA number

  1. Call Vision Engineering Inc. at (860) 355 3776
  2. You will be asked to provide: 1.Your company details 2.Date purchased 3.Part numbers/serial numbers 4.Reason for return
  3. Once authorized you will be provided with an RMA number
  4. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box containing the returned materials.
  5. You can use this RMA number to track the progress.
