Alajuela, Costa Rica – September 1, 2023 – Vision Engineering proudly hosted the first Manufacturing Forum and Expo, From Inspection to Perfection: Tools to Improve Quality, on August 22nd and August 24th in their showroom located in Coyol, Alajuela and Hotel El Guarco, El Tejar, Provincia de Cartago, respectively. The event focused on tools and methods for manufacturers to improve quality.

Many of the attendees came from quality control, assembly, prototype manufacturing, fault detection, and failure analysis departments. They expressed a desire to improve quality issues and production times and reduce the amount of waste materials.

The event concluded with an Expo featuring the latest technology in inspection systems and tools. Participants were able to try a range of inspection microscopes, metrology systems, soldering, and assembly equipment.

Vision Engineering expressed excitement about the event, saying,  “Costa Rica has solidified its position as a manufacturing hub. As a main supplier of inspection systems to major medical device manufacturers in Costa Rica, we wanted to partner with symbiotic companies to further educate manufacturers on the latest technology innovations that could be employed to improve current manufacturing methods.”
